Two people,
one look at your business.
We met at an AI conference in Boston. Santino was building things most people twice his age could not, for a fraction of what they were worth. Zach saw it and made a better offer: partner up, build for people, and let every client own what we make. That rule still runs the company.

Santino Albanese
He is the one who comes to you. He sits inside the business, watches how it actually runs, and finds where time and money leak out. Then he builds it: the sites, the portals, the automations, the AI systems, in weeks instead of quarters. He is 16. The work is the argument.

Zach Kenney
He reads the same business from the money side. Twenty-five years negotiating deals and running a high-end company in Boston, he sees where there is room to grow and makes sure every number holds. When you talk terms, you talk to Zach.
The partnership runs on the same rule as the company. Zach hands Santino the business world he spent decades learning. Freehold hands you the software, outright. One on the growth, one on the build, both looking at your actual operation. Nobody here rents anybody.
Spend a day with us. See what your business could be.
The audit is free and the breakdown is yours to keep, whether or not we ever build together. That is how sure we are.
Questions
The things people ask first.
What actually happens in a free audit?
Santino spends a day inside your business, in person or remote, for as long as you want. He watches how you actually work, maps your operations, workflows, tools, and where AI or software could win back time and money. You walk away with a written breakdown of the day and the opportunities he found.
Is it really free? What's the catch?
It is genuinely free. No card, no commitment. We give first because the fastest way to earn a build is to prove we understand your business before you pay us a cent. If it turns into a proposal, great. If it does not, you still keep the breakdown.
What is a forward deployed engineer?
It is a Palantir idea. Instead of consulting from the outside, the engineer embeds inside your operation, learns it from the floor up, and builds against what is really there. Santino is that engineer. Zach handles the growth side of the picture.
What do you actually build?
Websites, apps, portals, internal tools, automations, and AI systems, with the AI in the bones rather than bolted on. Plus brand and presence when you need it. The audit decides what is worth building, so nothing is built you do not need.
Do I really own everything?
Yes. At handoff the code, the accounts, and the documentation all move into your name. No license you have to keep renewing, no lock-in. Freehold means held outright. The name is the promise.
How much does a build cost?
Priced on the value to your business and fixed before any work starts, so there are no hourly meters and no surprises. The free audit is what lets us scope it honestly. You see the number before you commit to anything.
